Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Since we operate via local dropshipping, your order is dispatched directly from our verified South African suppliers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver anywhere within South Africa.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially to remote or outlying areas.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Food items and hygiene products cannot be returned if opened.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (via PayFast) within 5-7 business days.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@petplanet.co.za with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
